SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Our company is located in South Korea, and the entire shipping and delivery process takes place at our office in SOUTH KOREA.

We ship your order via K-Packet, a shipping method offered by Korea Post. All logistics are handled by air freight. Orders are shipped in packages up to 2kg. If your order exceeds this weight, don't worry, as it will be split into more than one package, which we will inform you of with all the tracking codes. If the customer places a large order that exceeds 2kg, this order will be split into more than one box, and there is a possibility of paying tax on each box when the order arrives in Brazil. We kindly ask that the customer keep an eye on their tracking. The average delivery time is 20-40 business days. Your package will be shipped within 10 business days after purchase. We have this period because we need to separate your order, which we do with great care and affection, and also add to the delivery time to the shipping company.
The tracking code will be sent to the customer after dispatch by email and WhatsApp (if the customer fills it out when registering).
After receiving the tracking code, it is normal for the message "waiting for sender to post" to still appear; the system takes a few days to update the posting date.

*Notice regarding customs tax from the shipping company may or may not be sent to the recipient, so not getting a notice cannot be regarded as a reason to get a
refund for the returned parcel .
Please keep following up with the tracking update and if customs clearance gets delayed, please contact local customs as soon as possible and claim the parcel.
*Standard shipping can be upgraded to Express shipping without notice due to the weight issue.
If you prefer Standard shipping, please contact the CS team directly right after placing your order.
*Due to shipping company weight limits , Standard shipping may ship out by several packages without notice.
* Packages may be declared as Gift or Cosmetics .
