SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped from South Korea by air freight. Korea Post's delivery time is 20-40 business days after the date of posting. All orders placed on the website have a tracking code for the entire delivery process.
Orders are shipped in packages of up to 2kg. If your order exceeds this weight, don't worry as it will be divided into more than one package which we will inform you of with all the tracking codes.
We ship your order via k-packet, a shipping method used by Korea Post. All logistics are carried out by air freight. Orders are shipped in packages of up to 2kg. If the customer places a large order that exceeds 2kg. This order will be divided into more than one box, and there is a possibility of paying tax on each box when the order arrives in our country. We kindly ask that the customer pay attention to their tracking.
PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT
Unfortunately, during the logistics journey of the package, damage to the purchased product(s) may occur. In this case, you must contact us immediately after receiving the item and send photos or videos showing what happened. After verification and evaluation, we will refund the value of the damaged product.

WRONG ADDRESSES
When the customer fills in the wrong address at the time of purchase, the post office/carrier is unable to deliver the package and the package is returned to South Korea.
We are very sorry for what happened, but unfortunately olacoreiabeauty is not responsible in this case.
The order that is being returned takes about 6 months, sometimes even longer, to return to South Korea. Due to the return, we at olacoreiabeauty need to pay a fine to the carrier (return fee of 40 dollars) and discard the products. We cannot send to another customer a product that has been traveling for so long.
In this case, we recommend that the customer contact the Post Office URGENTLY, especially the local Post Office, as soon as possible, to try to recover their order.
We have seen cases where customers were able to change their address with the Post Office. Olacoreiabeauty does not have access to the Post Office system, and is also not involved in this product return process.
If the problem cannot be resolved with the Post Office, the package will be returned to South Korea and, if agreed with the customer, we will resend the package at the cost of shipping and the return fine.

RETURN OR CANCELLATION POLICY
RETURNS
If the product purchased has any defect, the customer has up to 7 days after purchase to notify us via our WhatsApp (+82 10 5615-6124) or email (info@olacoreiabeauty.com).
Unfortunately, we will not accept returns if the seal on the product(s) has been broken.
It is worth remembering that the shipping cost will be borne by the customer who wishes to return the order.

Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy:
Once your purchase has been completed, we do not accept cancellations or withdrawals of your order. We recommend that you carefully review your order details, including products, quantities and delivery information, before finalizing your purchase.
