1. Where do the products come from?
All the products we sell on our website come directly from South Korea.


 2. I didn't receive my tracking code.
If you haven't received the shipping confirmation email (with the link to access the tracking code), we recommend that you first check your email's spam folder, as due to the large number of emails of the same nature, your email may have considered this one as spam and redirected it to the spam folder.
The tracking code is generated after the order has been fully processed.


3. Tracking code (where does it come from?)
We ship your order via K-Packet, a shipping method provided by Korea Post. All logistics are handled by air freight. All products are shipped directly from SOUTH KOREA.


 

4. Am I at risk of being taxed?

All international purchases are subject to inspection and possible taxation by your country's customs, in accordance with local legislation. Payment of customs duties, taxes or fees is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We recommend that you track your order and be aware of possible notifications from customs. If taxes are charged, payment must be made directly to the competent authorities for delivery to be completed.

OLA COREIA BEAUTY is not responsible for additional costs related to customs fees, as well as for delays resulting from customs processes in the destination country.

 5. How do I know if the products are Aunthentics?
We only work with trusted suppliers, and before selling products on our website, we visit these authorized suppliers and analyze the products thoroughly.


 6. How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Our order processing time is 4-12 business days.
Once the order is complete and the order is shipped, the customer will be notified by email about the shipment and will have the tracking code.
The average delivery time to the recipient is 20-40 business days.


 7. Are the goods sent with a tracking code?
Yes. All our goods have a tracking code that is notified by email.
